The Korean Economic Council dispatched a special delegation to commemorate the President’s special envoy to discuss cooperation in strategic industries such as defence and energy.
The Korean Economic Association’s economic delegation, in collaboration with the Federation of Canadian Enterprises, held the third Korea-Canada CEO Dialogue in Toronto, Canada, on the 26th January. Chief of Staff Kang Hoon-sik visited Canada with Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Kim Jeong-kwan as a special envoy of the President. Major business leaders from both countries gathered to discuss ways to expand cooperation in strategic industries (shipbuilding, defence, energy, etc) between Korea and Canada.
