After several years of detailed design, engineering and manufacture, we are proud to announce the successful delivery of the motor control centres (MCCs) and PLC control cabinets for the degassing and demineralising plant at the new Hinkley Point C nuclear power station in Somerset.

As one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure and energy projects, Hinkley Point C demands the very highest standards of engineering quality, reliability, compliance and documentation throughout every stage of delivery. Working within such a highly regulated environment required close collaboration, rigorous quality assurance processes and a strong focus on technical precision from concept through to final manufacture.

The MCCs and PLC cabinets have been designed and manufactured to support the critical plant systems responsible for water treatment and process control within the facility, helping to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation. Throughout the project, our teams remained committed to delivering robust engineering solutions that meet the demanding operational and safety requirements associated with the nuclear sector.
